# Troubleshooting Guide

Most issues can be resolved in a few simple steps.

The current version of Flipper is available on Solana. Support for EVM-compatible networks is planned for future releases.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">Wallet won't connect</mark>

If your wallet doesn't connect to Flipper:

* Make sure your wallet extension is installed and unlocked.
* Verify that you're using a supported Solana wallet.
* Refresh the page and try connecting again.
* Check that your browser isn't blocking pop-ups.

If you're using email or social login:

* Complete any required verification step.
* Sign out and sign back in if necessary.

If the issue persists, try opening Flipper in a private browser window or disabling conflicting wallet extensions.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">"Insufficient Funds" When Placing an Order</mark>

Opening a position requires two separate balances:

* Collateral in your Flipper trading balance
* SOL in your wallet to pay Solana network fees

Before submitting an order, make sure:

* Your Flipper trading balance contains enough collateral for the position.
* Your connected wallet has enough SOL to pay the network fee.

If either balance is insufficient, the transaction cannot be completed.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">Transaction Failed or Is Pending</mark>

Transactions may fail or remain pending for several reasons, including:

* Market prices changed before execution.
* Available liquidity changed.
* Your slippage tolerance was exceeded.
* The Solana network is experiencing congestion.

You can try:

* Submitting the order again.
* Reducing the order size.
* Increasing the slippage tolerance, after reviewing the additional execution risk.
* Waiting a short time before retrying.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">My Position Doesn't Appear</mark>

If your order was successfully submitted but your position isn't visible:

* Wait a few seconds for the interface to refresh.
* Refresh the page.
* Check Trade History to confirm whether the order was executed.
* Verify that the transaction was confirmed in your wallet.

If the transaction was confirmed but the position still doesn't appear, contact Flipper Support.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">My Deposit Doesn't Appear</mark>

Deposits usually become available shortly after the transaction is confirmed on the Solana network.

If your deposit isn't visible:

* Confirm that the transaction was successful in your wallet.
* Wait for the network confirmation.
* Refresh the Portfolio page.

If the deposit still doesn't appear after several minutes, contact Flipper Support with the transaction signature.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">I Can't Withdraw Funds</mark>

Withdrawals may be unavailable if:

* Funds are currently locked as collateral for an open position.
* A transaction is still pending.
* Your wallet doesn't have enough SOL to pay the network fee.

Close any positions that are using the collateral and try again.
