# FLPP Token

Understand the FLPP token.

FLPP is the ecosystem token of Flipper.

FLPP is an SPL token on Solana with a fixed total supply of 1,000,000,000 FLPP and no additional minting.

The token is designed to support ecosystem rewards, staking, governance, community growth, and future platform utilities.

Potential uses of FLPP include:

* ecosystem rewards;
* staking rewards;
* participation in Flipper DAO governance;
* governance proposals related to product development, listings, partnerships, and DAO reserve allocation;
* marketing and community campaigns;
* future platform utilities, including fee payments or discounts where officially enabled.

Some utilities may become available gradually and will depend on the official Flipper product and campaign rules.
